Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–3 business days].

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll keep you updated via email or SMS if there’s a significant delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We offer Standard,  shipping options through USPS 

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Standard: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors (e.g., weather, holidays).


Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the item ships.


Damages & Lost Packages

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
